HI Turbo the way you can become Elite member is you have to play in clan war and help the team or do something special for the clan which would separate you from other members :)

Besides the festive decorations in the game, we also have a New Year rank up effect. And this definitely calls for a New Year Rank Up contest!
Make a video featuring you or your friend hitting a new rank with the New Year rank up effect. Edit the video, upload it to YouTube and send it to us via this special form.
Rules:
- The rank up effect should be a New Year one. This means your video must have been shot on December 24 or later.
- Your video must not be longer than 30 seconds.

Thats one heck of a clan I have: M1 Twins, Isdia and Firebird + an upgraded M1 Railgun. But i have M0: Smoky, and the rest but M2 Thunder.
M1 Hulls- M1 Hornet but upgraded M1 wasp and M1 Titan And Mottaow and Viking but other hulls saving up....
And btw i dont want other hulls if u knew me i came out from Nooo Best Clan coz i couldnt come traning but your trainging time i can make it..
