Hello, I have a medical condition that's at the most is minor. This condition is called tics as you can probably tell by the title. I would just like to see if anyone else have them... Firstly, what are tics? Well, its extremely hard to explain so I'll just have to use the NHS's description. Tics are rapid, repetitive, involuntary contractions of a group of muscles. Although they're rarely harmful, some tics can severely interfere with daily life. I mainly experience complex motor tics. For and example, I might get an urge to randomly touch a certain part of the air above me or touch my friend's hair. Luckily I have adapted to not actually touch my friend's hair but just put my hand just in front of my friend's hair. I also experience some kind of tics (I am not 100% sure that these are tics) that aren't listed on the NHS's website - I can't be bothered too read the whole Wikipedia page or look at the website's listed below. I have to sometimes put a book that is near to me for example and move it exactly in line with the corner of the table. You probably have no idea what I am talking about but if you do experience tics then you'll know what I'm talking about. From the research and experience I have done I have found that you can get them from family and being stressed or depressed. They normally happen to children under the age of 18. Once you have a tic they might occur for about 1 week - a few months. Once you lose a tic you'll probably develop a new one. Well, I think that wraps up my probably confusing talk about tics.
