My idea (but probably not the first to think this) is Mouse. One player is the Mouse and the other team have to kill said Mouse, Mouse's team have to protect the Mouse. Mouse can only be identified by a special paint or icon. The player who kills the Mouse becomes the Mouse - and must run. Winning team is the team who had the longest living Mice. Or how about idea 2... Mole. A TDM mode but one player in each team can damage/kill his team. Hunt the Mole, protect yourself from the other team, don't get caught as the Mole! Note that idea 2 is just for laughs :D

Windows 10 working great now but at first it was horrible, the installation took hours, After it installed it was definitely running sluggishly. Several reboots failed to work but this was fixed after I reset the BIOS to default, ran the computer diagnostics and unplugged all the peripherals & power. Eventually it rebooted and it seems fine, everything is plugged back in now. I think I will stick with it for now. The menus and apps run a touch snappier which is a blessing, also TO is running smoother in Chrome. Not really bothered with the tiles on the Start menu, I just disabled them all. Also I spent a little time changing all the privacy settings, I like my privacy :ph34r: I'll do some more reading on the new OS and see if there's more I should be worried about. Fingers are crossed. I haven't tried using my secondary, auxiliary monitor yet. That could be interesting.

I think this would also help restore peoples' love for Shaft and Thunder. May be I'm wrong but it'd be good to hear from Shaft users and see what they think. Interesting idea. I love those times when I'm getting a run of kills, especially with something short range like Isida. I feel so... so powerful.

I use Sandstone for the mix of long range protections. I reckon I'll keep it for some time, MU'd it a touch in the sale.

I wouldn't want to be too nice but I hold back from being too direct in criticizing. I find I tend to aim for a considered and adult tone. Respect is due to those I see working towards a fun and fair game. Respect to those who contribute to a fun, useful and interesting forum. There's a few people, such as deadtoyou and admins, who I think are great contributors. Some people have hurt my feelings but I soon forget about it. I think, so what! It's not real. It could be worse, I could be them.

I agree Hunter; it gives me a lot of options in play and it's currently my main choice for battles.

What map do you prefer to play on? I generally do better with a Hornet/Hammer combo on small maps like Rio and Silence. I can get a good D/L on larger maps when playing CTF with the same combo. I like using Thunder when the situation asks for it, it depends on the opposition tactics and equipment. Dictator isn't a hull I decided to work with, I prefer Hunter at M2. You could wait until you make captain, save up and take advantage of the next sale (if the timing's right).
