I feel this update is really bad now for xp. All it is now is about speed & no tactics, 4.30 second reload is way too fast to play XP with skill. This not the first time they decreased railgun's reload but twice. Tanki leave remove the update for XP/BP, I don't care about non-format, I care about XP.

Make sure your logging into the forum with the same password you use to log into the game of tanki online. Also make sure you are entering the correct numbers when filling out the log in underneath the password area. Hope this helps :)

Chrome does not support all the flash version of Tank compared to Adobe. To make the game faster on Adobe you can try upgrading your internet speed, make sure only 1 tab(tankionline) is opened. If you like the speed of Chrome, clear your caches to try and speed them up, also disable some graphic options in your settings menu in tanki hope this helps :)

If you have fully upgraded your m1 railgun 50/50 it is no longer considered m1 railgun as it has the same damage and statistics as m2. m2 railgun is available for free to you once you have mu'd it fully 50/50.

There will always be trollers and people who disregard the rules, mods will not just appear out of nowhere, they are very busy, if you catch someone violating the rules, just screenshot and post in chat violators section or just press on the tanker's nickname and click ignore if you do not wish to see his posts.

Are you buying crystals with a gift card, cause if so, an error will occur when using windows system to buy crystals through api payment wall. You can buy crystals using a Linux or apple system, and it should solve the problem. I tried contacting help@tankionline support but they said that it is api payment's walls problem and they cant solve it. hope this helps :)

The same problem happens to me with trying to go to external links, I just simply copy and paste the link in new tab.

It is possible that if your email account is old it will not link to that particular email, in this case try creating a new email. if you are receiving an email but it is just not linking it you most probably start playing tanki through miniclip in which case when you receive the confirmation link replace the miniclip.com address with tankionline.com and see if that works.

Which browser do you use to play tanki on, try using a different browser and see if that will clear it up. can also try clearing your internet caches to see if it solves the problem.

If you have just entered into a battle it is possible that glitches in where boxes(drops) cannot be picked up including gold boxes. It can be solved by self-destructing, getting destroyed or by refreshing the webpage. try also upgrading you internet speed, as the glitch most often occurs with the loading process of entering the battle. hope this helps

Could be described as a glitch, but also when they added the option of whether you are sure that you want to enter the garage or battle list could also have caused this. It only ever started happening to me after that update, but by re-entering the garage or refreshing will fix the issue.

It is a common glitch where instead of loosing the enemy flag it will return automatically as opposed to it staying where you were destroyed. As for getting 1 shotted, it was most probably a shaft with double damage.

Do you mean high ping, or low fps. If it is constant low fps, try deleting your internet caches, exit browsers or programs using your computer at the same time while playing, try playing on a different browser (i.e. google chrome, Mozilla, firefox, etc). However with high ping issues, try playing closer to the router if playing wireless, if you are playing very close to the modem use an Ethernet wire to connect it to your pc as it has a much faster operating speed, can upgrade your ISP to give faster internet connection.

Log into the game from the tankionline.com site and input the email you wish to link it too, you should then get a confirm link in that email which you click and it will be liked to your account, however since you first started playing on miniclip and not tanki you will most probably receive a link URL in the form of miniclip and not tankionline. If this does occur just simply delete out the miniclip.com and replace it with tankionline.com.

A glitch that often occurs with many tankers where upon entering a battle players will not be able to pick up, do damage or take flag. It can be solved by refreshing your webpage, or self destructing by pressing the delete button.

What operating system does your computer use, I once had the same problem trying to buy crystals through api payment wall and it did not work with windows, afterwards I tried using appleOS and it worked. Linux and apple work when buying through api payment wall, unfortunately windows does not.

Unfortunately there is no possible way to retrieve information that you have spent on that page, it will have to be re-done.

Try one of the solutions of clearing you browser or flash player caches(i.e. website history, etc), using a different browser i.e, mozzila, and firefox. if you as well have other programs running at the same time, try closing those to improve game performance, can also try disabling skybox in the settings to improve fps. As for the graphics. you can try enabling auto-graphics or select a couple of the settings to improve graphics, or update your graphics card.
