I see ur problem.... U operate using a notebook PC....they are not good for playing... Well, putting that aside, Try downloading Ccleaner by Piriform....run a clean to unload the pc....it might help... When playing game,right click anywhere...in the adobe flas settings, check the box "enable harware acceleration"...on storage tab, move the bar to "unlimited" In the in-game settings, disable adaptive fps, disable all the graphics (coz ur pc is not good at graphics...u should not put load over it)... And at the end..i would again suggest u that chk forums for a complete guide to increaseFPS and decrease Ping....(they are seperate guides) P.S. - i am also Indian....just noticed IST in ur time zone...
