A vlog, also called Video Blog, is a video which gives information about recent changes, upcoming changes/deals etc. There they also sometimes tell good tips and trick about playing tanki...similarly, they also tell about the mechanism on which the tanki works, etc....A v-log gives useful information and its recommended that tankers must view it... For the chrome users who get the notification of the NPAPI, they can temporarily enable it as told in the topic, or try installing Firefox browser as it does not have any such problem.... (This problem is occuring only in chrome as google is ending its support for NPAPI soon...)..but u guys dont have to worry...the Unity version of tanki will be soon out....and maybe all ur problems regarding graphics are also solved..
