The ability of firing rapidly when driving at high speed is very useful when dealing with medium or heavy hulls, and also xp/bp combos. Not sure what you mean, but the % reduction is based on the damage dealt by the specific turret. For example, my rail deals 94-144 dps, meaning 119dps on average. If it goes against my tundra (36% rail) with hornet (160hp), then damage dealt per shot is about 76dps, and my hornet will have about 84 armour points remaining.

Let me see, you can get at least 4k xp if you use isida m2 drugging for 1.5 hr, that's 3hr of gameplay to reach 8k xp. It is highly possible especially you play every single point in competitive polygon cps and make sure you head for the control point every single time you respawn. Good luck in ranking.
