I have the same problem! I won't get any reply from them, my account was blocked unfairly due to a hacker's fault. I sent them a email. I got the reply which they send the same time saying they created me a number and they will contact us within 12 hours, its been 6 days, no reply yet!

Are you using Google chrome? Nevermind what the browser is. This happened normally when you download something via internet. Unwanted files also get in to your computer with the files you want, please go to your control panel and see for stuff which is suspicious and its downloded date and time, then uninstall them, your problem must be solved now. And add extension to your browser called adblocker too. You can see from this(click to see it larger) This is the list of some unwanted programs, which makes adware, if you find one of them even uninstall. Make sure you especially search in the control panel>programs

Normally, they replies within 12 hours but hacked cases they take more time I guess.As to me my account is blocked due to a hacker who entered repeatedly and now tech team refuse to give it back, and take ages to respond. But after sometime they respond, be patient. You must explain that a intruder enters your account repeatedly otherwise they will block it too. Even though its unfair. Sometimes they don't care!

Anyone here cannot help you, all is to the tech support team. As blackopspaul said, send a email to help a tank I on line explain them what happened, don't forget to put a hard and an unguessable password and change the password of the email which is linked to your accnt! Good Luck!

It is total misunderstanding! At the moment it seems no body can't help and I will have to pay this off because of a hacker! There seems no helping sign from the tech support team. At last I can say I got no help and sadly I will have to leave the game!
