Very easy man, put a camera in the metro and leave it there for 1 week ... then put some cameras in very crowded places With a slick background and let it record for a week ... then collect all those cameras combine all the recording in one file Then fast forward that recording and attach an audio track to your file ... result .... a video like the one you presented.
