15% protection in high ranks is just nothing ..... Would not disturb the game balance... but it matters alot in low ranks .. I think tanki should not keep the percentage of 15 fixed for all ranks.. instead they can have different percentages for different ranks... so that the paints are not OP but just give them a slight advantage....
