For polygon get dictator with vulcan. Dictator's height will always be an advantage for you. Definitely hornet M1, without doubt. I suggest you to not upgrade your equipments at low ranks, it won't worth it. Twins titan is a good combo, but not good in big maps.

On sale, kits won't get discounted at all. It will be cheaper like 10-30k. Because they already have %40-45. For paints Atom would be good for you. Maybe Mars. Cherry is another option. Altough there is a Medic Kit in the garage right now, You can get viking, cherry and m3 isida.

Hot...boring...

Dictator m1 is good in lower ranks, i ranked up faster when i bought Anvil kit. You already have Hammer, Isida..+ Railgun will be M1. If you combine them with a strong hull. Noone can stop you. Also you don't have a strong paint, so having Pixel will surely help you till you buy better one!

Viking is better than hunter in every way. Upgrade it's armor and you'll notice the difference. :) Comparing Hull and Turret? :D think again.. Instead of having one m3, get 2 m3s. At least you can play with two different turrets when you got bored. :D

Higher modifications would be always better. So go for Isida M2.
