OK, I get it. All I am saying is this is very sad. I really can't play the game any more. The whole arena freezes exept me. Next after it comes back to life either I get killed and not respawn or not survive but am invisible to others and after a few minutes get kicked out becasue of "lack of activity". Regardless, I loose any points I receive. As far as your suggestion to refresh the screen - well doesn't that mean leaving the game without the points? I've done that on so many occasions, doesn't really do any good. I only hope the admins are reading this.

No, you see that's where you're wrong. The problems I am currently encounterring have recently occuerd. My computer is a new IMAC, the connection is broadband 1G. It is fast. However the creators and administrators of the game have the same attitued - it's the players problem. Event the recent advise regarding other bugs was presented in such a way that it was the palyers fault that thay updated flash player. Well, I say you admins update your flash player, OK?

Fix this problem: nearly every time I play the game freezes everyone else exept me. then I I am lucky I don't blow up afterthe game resumes. If I do blow up I never respown. So I also never get my points. Annoying. I am looking for other games now and slowly leaving Tanki forever. I think this glitch entered the game after you gave our those awards to those who supported the helpers in that last contest.

It had to take a week of outrage for this to be fixed... here for a sec... where did the refund part come from...no one paid for the mouse controls xD And what do you think is the reason for making this topic....let me answer that for you. As you guys say there are lots of bugs than need fixing but shouting at the devs about the same thing over and over not going to make the update come more quickly :/ For shafts: So the simple solution is just don't use mouse controls if it's not working for you.

At the moment the bug seems fixed. I have played on Fire fox and none of the previous problems accured - off target, turret spinning. I will aknowledge full when in fact no problems accour in the longer run.

Look, I don't think the Devs are doing nothing. Obviously you are one of them. That's OK. The problem is communication. Silence is the worst action. The point everyone was making is that first you try and test thoroughly, and only then you put to the customer. Obviously that was not don't hard enough.

First of all I am joking in a sence that this is "Russian" - point is it diesn't work well. As for refunds - read other people's posts - they spent time and real money in upgrading their weapons only fort hem to become difficult to use. THe last point is that it is not a simple question of turning the mouse control off. For Chrome users the bug is permanent, regardless if the controls are on or off. For Firefox users the spinning turrets and off target occur often with the mouse control even turned off. My advice was to turn it on so it can be disables easier. Final comment - you sound like one of the Russian Devs - what bug, there is no bug... a bit like the little green men in the Ukraine... What Russian soldiers? There are no Russian soldiers...

People, This is Russain technology. What would you expect? Unless the makers of the game can prove me wrong, no one is going to see an improvement or a refund. I've complained about rude admins, a guess what - nothing, no response. As for the shafts, I love playing them. They are my main weapon. So I can manage after the initial shock of the bugs, but some remaining problems are still annoying: off target from time to time, and spinning turret a few times in every game. What any player needs to do is download Firefox, turn on the mouse option. Put up the full screen. By pressing "C" twice you turn the mouse control off. Whenever the turret spins, click on the mouse. This will stop the spinning. Then press "C" for the turret to go back into position After that the tank should perform normally - until the next malfunction. For off target - just let the target go up or down on its own, then press all the turrent movement buttons (don't let go of the space bar). This should enable you to control the turret once more - until the next malfuction in the game. Should make it possible to play Shaft. This advice should have come from the Devs, but instead from me, one of the users.

The problem, my friend, is that even without the mouse control on, or even when the mous control was never turned on, the gritches still appear. That's the problem.

I was too optimistic last time. I cannot use the shaft. I mean i can manage with the screwed aiming, but a rotating out of control turret is another thing. Makers of the game - fix this problem immediately or provide tested remedies. Otherwise we all will have proof that a Russian product is no good. Fix this!!

Totally agree

The mouse control is a problem. I use an iMAC. Worked fine until I pressed the mouse control. My fault - I did not read the entire article which also stated that the controls are not ready for Chrome and safari, both which I use. However, a problem occuered when I turned the mouse control back to "off". The aiming mechanism in the shaft I use went sideways, to the left top corner of the screen. Other users I asked about this had the same complaint. Some just decided not to use the shaft any more. I eventually found a resolution - I downloaded the Firefox browser. Now the shaft works as new. Opera also solved the problem of aiming but, there is a problem with the other controls. So, anyway problem solved, unfortunately NOT thanks to the admin team of Tanki. New here is my major complaint. I got into one of the arenas to chat with an admin there. I explained my problem. HEADMASTERO told me to simply turn the mouse key off. After I explained that I had done so, he rudely suggested that my problem is becasue I have a terrible computer and that I should "trash it". Not only was this unhelpful and very inpolite, but also not true. This is not the way to treat a player. I was seeking help and in return got disregarded by this particular Admin. My expectation is that he/she will be at least told off that this is not the standard Tanki is aspiring to. I would like to recieve a wirtten statement in response to this message. I hope that Tanki agrees that the solution to the problem with the aiming system should have first come from the Admin, not form me. My e-mail: peter_moisthero@yahoo.com.
