Yes, people did used to get banned for posting test server links. They don't do this anymore for an unknown reason, but most likely because they started posting the testing sessions in the news and announcements section. Plus, this topic would have been locked a while ago.

No, it is not. The Tanki Online developers have much better grammar. That is most likely someone else posting invite codes that have already been taken. Also, "test server" is not the name of the beta for TX. Only trust posts made by the official Tanki page. If they have news for beta or test code, they will post it there.
