Great. Gold boxes have changed Tanki a lot and have gotten a lot of people into the game. Too many people, though, are saying "Gold box plz admin" or something like that. The truth is, admin don't drop gold boxes. No one does. Every battle has it's own mini-server with a propability of gold. Every time the battle fund goes up by 1, there is a 1/10000 chance of a gold box. So if the fund goes up by 67, there is a 67/10000 chance of gold. Anyone who was wondering, I know that the original chance of gold was 1/7000. But with the addition if crystal boxes being added to the fund, there is a higher chance of gold because the crystals get added to the ones from kill/capture of a flag or point, the chance is now 1/10000. Most maps have multiple drop zones for gold boxes. Edinburgh only has 1 gold box drop location, found in the middle of the map on the top. But in CP mode, golds can drop in other places on the top, or by a team's base. Some of the bigger maps, like Highways, have gold box drop locations on the sides of the map. Not many people know this, but golds can drop behind the building behind a team's flag. If you have any questions about gold boxes, feel free to ask them here. If you guys have lag problems with gold and stuff, Internet Explorer works best if you have windows. If not, Mozilla Firefox should work good too. If you are still having lag problems, check your internet connection. If you are using Google Chrome or Safari, you might have a lag problem.

Or you can just right click on the image with gold and click copy image then go to Paint or something and hit Ctrl V. Then you can edit and upload. I find Postimage to be the fastest and easiest.

In massacre, in this view, on the bottom near the edge, there is a drop zone, i saw it like 5 times on the test servers. i will see if i can get it here.

Well, in madness gold drops on some pillars that most people know how to get on. But yes, gold box drops are mostly reasonable, except for noise and madness. Also, in madness, the area by Point D has 2 drop zones.

Oh i know them very well. I always call them noobs and some claim they have higher accounts. How to intimidate them: Drive around them in circles, and they will be stuck and may after a bit stop and turn their turret.

I know. They are so annoying. I wish we can report to the mods them doing this and they can get in trouble.
