    Gold Boxes!

Sandbox CTF XP/BP Gold Box: There were two golds in this battle. Golds in a Sandbox battle you say? Extremely rare. A noob shot me at the first one so I just went for the flag. A second one dropped 30 seconds later. I drove from the right ramp and into the M2 XP. He was lagging so I got on top of him and took it. Noobs went: 'ban soon, jump hack admin Hy6 ban noob1!!111' I was like: 'Whatever'. Also: 230k crystals + Buying $400 on Tanki Birthday. Just hoping it is 50%.
  2. Ik I haven't added em. Twins and Ricochet. I'll be adding em soon.
  3. Hehe. You seem to be the only one here to realize this. Kudos to you. I'll be editing soon.
  4. One word: Impressive ;)

    A Guide To: Desert XP/BP

Desert is a wonderful map, adored by not only the RU community, but also their EN equals. While not much choices of Desert XP/BP is seen around in the EN servers, people switch to RU ones to play on it. One more thing: Desert is always seen in DM mode in XP/BP format. TDMs and CTFs too are incredibly rare. CP? Never mind it, will ye? This is why I have chosen to write this guide for DM XP/BP only. Shorn of further brouhaha: Desert – Overview: Desert and Highland – just like Sis once wrote – have one of the most staggering sky-boxes of all maps in Tanki Online. The apocalyptic, reddish-orange tinge in the sky always keeps the tankers hostile and pugnacious; ready to exterminate others to achieve exaltation. I bring you… Desert: They see me campin’. They hatin’. Surpassing other high-ranked tankers is an amazing moment. In Desert, one can only achieve this glory if they camp. Desert has a miraculous taste for campers and has provided us with four unique camping spots. Picked up below are some of the remarkable camping spots Desert can offer: - Major Camping Spots: The black spots marked or the above screenshots are the major camping spots in Desert. They almost give you room to shoot all over the map. Of course, everything does have a weakness, and so do these. 1. Top wall: This is the best camping spot in Desert. It marks ten out of ten on the camping spots scale. From here, you can literally shoot all over the map (Well, not through the houses ofc!). If you are a teamer, you ought to camp here with your friend. Just watch out for the enemies camping in the bushes adjacent to this area - kill them first is what I mean – and then move onto the others. 2. Top bushes: This is also a great camping spot in Desert. It would mark around eight-to-nine on the camping spot scale. Aim, warm-up your Railgun, pop out and take the shot. Only aim for one-shot kills. Just like the bottom bushes, keep your eyes peeled for enemies camping adjacent to you. 3. Bottom wall: If we label the camping spots of Desert on a scale of one to ten, this camping spot would definitely reach mark nine. This is an incredible camping spot. Often the players who win the game are seen here or the top camping spots of the map. Try to reach here as soon as the game starts. Steadily and slowly pop out and shoot enemies which are assured one-shot kills. 4. Bottom bushes: This camping spot would reach somewhere around mark seven on the camping scale. Camouflage paints like Forester, Needle and Green would be the best if one likes to camp here. Since this spot is adjacent to the bottom wall, make sure you eliminate the enemies camping there first before shooting others. You don’t want to give away your position, now do you? - Minor Camping Spots: There are five more spots in which a player could possibly camp. These are shown in the above screenshot. Point 1 is completely useless; but, in certain cases, it can be used to camp. If too many people reach your major camping spot #1, reach for here. Stay here till they kill each other and one remains. Kill him and the spot is yours again. They won't even know who's there. Similarly, #2 isn't that great as well. It serves its purpose as a temporary hideout. It gives you protection against one side, but you're prone to other three sides. Meaning, you will get: #REKT. As for #3 and #4, these are useful minor camping spots. Go for #3 when you are at top of the leaderboards. Similarly, #4 should only be used if opponents are raining down on you from both sides, which is incredibly rare. #5 is very useful. A player camping here can't actually been seen (I'll explain later) until the very last moment. Although the wall next to it a much better choice, this camping spot can serve as a major one for the truly skilled tanker. A Campers Wardrobe: In order to truly excel at camping, and obviously make others go: 'nub camper Hy6' in chat, you need a good camouflage paint. Here are some of best camouflage paints best suited for a Desert DM. - M2s 3. Emerald/Fracture / While not the best of camouflage paints, equipping Emerald or Fracture will definitely make it harder for enemies to spot you if you're camping in the bushes. 2. Savanna Savanna is a bit shiny, but that doesn't stop it from being used as a camouflage paint. If you still think you're not being camou'd enough, try ~ 1. Forester This is the best camo paint for a Desert DM XP/BP battle. Using this will make you almost invisible enough to other people. This is of course, when you are in the bushes. If you know the 'Rocking technique' with BP, you will be invincible as well. - M3s 3. Guerilla/Forester/Emerald / / Guerilla is definitely one of the most under-rated paints in the game right now. You don't see it anywhere. But of course, if you have it, you need to put it to good use. Try camping in the bushes with this paint. Same as for Forester and Emerald. 2. Clay Unfortunately, these good paints can't actually be used with M2 XP or BP since they hold no Railgun protection. But for a M3 camper, Clay is a miracle. 1. Needle The ultimate camo paint of all time. Tips for a Desert CTF XP/BP: If you do happen to find a Desert CTF, here are some tips that can give you a slight advantage over the others: Stay in your base. Don't just go for a drive. Keep sniping people who tend to change positions in the enemy base. After a few minutes have passed, try to encourage your team to go flag-hunting. Don't go into the enemy base just like that. Strategy is key. You want to make sure 4-5 people go from the right side, while the flag-hunter and 2-3 supports go from the left or vice verse. This will confuse the enemy team as to which group will take the flag. Once the flag is taken, the flag-hunter and the supports drive away, while the distraction group stays in the enemy base to protect the flag-hunter. They should not get shot. If the flag-bearer gets shot, the supports take the flag. Once you have reached your base and you happen to find yourself behind the wall, don't move. Stay and pop out and in to get the enemies to shoot you. Once they miss, capture the flag. Make sure to /vote anyone who tries to mult or sabotage by blocking the way of the flag-hunter. This is of the utmost importance in a Desert CTF since the flag-bearer can be easily shot and the flag could get returned. Enjoy the huge fund in the end ;) What about Gold Boxes? Catching a gold box in a Desert XP/BP will be no easy task - there are twenty Gold Box drop zones in Desert. Your main challenge will be to dodge Railgun shots flying everywhere. When the siren rings, immediately press 'Delete' and self-destruct. In those 10 seconds, you should've found the Gold Box drop zone. If you haven't however, hide behind a wall or a house to stay safe. Press 'E' all the way and turn your turret. When the Box starts dropping, ooze forward towards it and shoot others coming from the top. Make sure you go in between tanks, straight towards the gold. In a CTF however, you should first allocate the drop zone. If it is in your base, or at least near to it, consider yourself lucky. Constrict the enemy team to the zone and do the 'rocking technique' to get yourself up onto another tanks and you should get it. If it is in the enemy team, stay in your base. Only go when it starts dropping. But don't just go like that, ooze forward bit by bit and then go all the way. With any luck, you might get it. Summarizing it up: I think, in conclusion, Desert is one of the most underrated maps in Tanki Online. It doesn't receive that much attention. Tankers! Respect Desert, create it, adjust it, Pro it, join it, invite, go, play, follow the above advice, dominate. This is PDoX, out.
  8. I think you did not understood my entry. Take a look again.

    Gold Boxes!

Just drove into it, flipped, somehow took it: Missions: Crystals:
  13. So I just joined this battle. This is a frequent glitch that occurs when you join a battle and the flag is captured. As you can see, the enemy didn't capture a flag. It was us who captured theirs. Why does the notification on the top and the right is wrong? I know it's a glitch but why does it occur?

    Threat to report.

You will never get banned because he has no proof that you were hacking. Don't worry. Just go play some more battles :)
