So here's what I've gathered: Smart cooldowns have made it to where they can't use all three supplies at once in quick succession, but they can still use all three at once through well-timed button mashing. So more or less they only let you light one joint every ten seconds. You can still smoke a joint legally, but now you have to wait. Also, since they're not using all their supplies quickly: It's making the supplies go away slower, ensuring a single pack of three-hundred supplies lasts a long while. So they've both empowered and educated druggers at the same time.

Well there's something to look forward too...

I still stand by my Payload idea where a player on the red team is selected to carry a bomb on a Mammoth with an energy shield that can block projectiles is escorted into the enemy base. It would go well with maps like Noise, Monte Carlo, and any other map with a basic pathway and not many shortcuts. The shield is what replaces the Mammoth's turret and can be moved like one, but cannot block Isida, Firevird, or Freeze attacks. It also can be shattered if too much force is put onto it, but repairs itself after a few minutes. If the Mammoth is destroyed, unless they come up with a checkpoint system or something, the game ends.

Anything above Viking and Hunter, light hulls tend to do poorly because the overheating can kill them like any Firebird. My personal preference is Viking, followed by Titan.

Yes I met him on a nice Future CTF a few days ago, it was simply hilarious. And yes this was on my main, so this guy is either a hardcore drugger or he's just VERY patient.
