i use windows XP i have followed all the rules of hw to reduce lag and how to raise FPS and also High_ping sometimes...i dont face this problem....but most of the times i face when go to a empty battle the fps is 29 and when anyone joins it decrease to 4-12

i faced the same prblem in opera...but not in crome ;) i suggest u use chrome + update flashplayer to 17 click.... http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ hope it was usefull :)
