Hi. For the purchase of "Winter" paint, nobody can help you. And for the server crashes - I believe that you are only playing on RU1, the server which crashes a lot. Simply start playing on the EN servers and you'll be fine. ;) I seriously don't understand why people think that they are cool if they play only on RU1.
