Tanki Online Support checked the IP address from which Ricochet M2 was purchased, and it matched the one from which you are playing. In such cases, nothing can be done about it since they never return crystals for items in your garage which a friend/relative has purchased - security of your account depends on you. ;) Also, since this topic is very old it can be closed.

I'll try to help you as best as I can. :) 1) If you are experiencing this kind of problem, it is because you will lose a kill (and gain a lost) everytime when you self-destruct - accidentally or not, it doesn't matter, it will still count. 2) If you are experiencing this kind of problem (not being able to destroy enemy players and/or capture flags/points), it is because you are lagging. If this is your problem, please read this to see how to fix (reduce) lag. If none of the above is your problem, please contact help@tankionline.com, I can't help you more than that. ;)

Please read this on how to fix (reduce) lag: http://en.tankiwiki.com/How_to_reduce_lag I didn't understood you well, do you mean that you can't capture the enemy flag when the flag of your team is taken by the enemy team, or because the enemy flag can't be captured when you drive on your flag? Please explain. :) And if you can't capture the enemy flag if the flag of your team is taken by the enemy, it is because you can't capture the enemy flag if your flag has been taken by the enemy. ;)

I found a mistake in the Friends system section. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page (Inviting friends to battles), you'll see that the word "Settings" is not linked. :) Nothing major, it would be just good to fix it. ;)
