story time~~
so my sis needed a new ATM card so me and my grandma went to SBI bank. Then we go to the counter to submit the form and there are like 2 people and 3 12 year old children standing there. The guy asks the children who didn't have any work to leave (they were alone by themselves so he asked them rudely). Turns out the child had to open an account and came along with his 2 friends...he was there to submit the form.
When the 2 people were done, the guy on the counter just got off and started walking around the bank while drinking his tea LIKE ITS BREAK TIME ALREADY. So I get a little pissed off because many of us were waiting (with the child in the front). So after taking a full marathon around the bank, he comes back..sees the form of that child and literally throws it and says" this is why i don't like forms submitted by kids" and just rudely tells the kid that he didn't fill one section of the form...
The kid was actually a hindi-medium school child who got scholarship and needed an account to recieve it. I didn't quite understand what happened just then, so the kid goes to the waiting section. My grandma asks me to go and help that child (I hesitated cuz i noob k and thought like too much work) so i went.
So I see his form and OH BOY the whole form was poorly filled and whoever filled the form for that poor kid didn't clearly want to do it. then i just told him that he needs to fill this and that area but i had a question so i went along to the counter once again with the boy. I asked the guy where else to fill and naturally the backhole says to see it myself....AT that moment i'm like i'm gonna punch this guy, IT IS HIS JOB DUDE.
bloody kamchor .
the kid got the form filled by a teacher at his school because neither of his parents were educated, i actually felt sorry for the child because not only the bank guy but also his teachers took no initiative whatsoever to help him.
then my grandma got this kid a new form and i told him the areas to fill and also told him to bring an adult with him next time if possible.
Moral of the story: I didn't punch the guy :(
P.S. the friends of his were very supportive of him!
