All I can suggest is close Chrome, run CCleaner (free), and do a clean up of the system (not registry), uninstall Chrome, get the latest stable release, and install it. Now restart your system, and see if it solved. If you have extensions in Chrome, disable all of them, and see if it helps. Suggested by DonCarnage•
