They are just for the people who wants to reach the Last rank ASAP.Otherwise it's a waste because you collect less crystals as compared to without pass For example From Captain --->Major If you have zero crystals initially at the beginning of Captain Rank,when you reach Major Rank you will have Following Crystals with/Without Pass.. Max Crystals with Pass: 50-60k Max Crystals without Pass:90-100k These are not Exact values, they are just Examples.
