Believe it or not developers actually see the topics if they are in the correct place. So making a topic about why Magnum should be nerfed is next to useless when the only people who can nerf magnum won't see it, they don't have time to roam around the forum looking at stray topics which is why we merge them. Not to mention that it would clutter the forum massively if every topic was left. They would also die within a few days too.

Are you using Edge browser by any chance? Many players have reported the same issue with so I'd suggest trying the official client or Chrome. This is a known visual bug, all the players received their correct share of crystals anyway.
