Yes, bulk buying discounts were removed in Patch Update #449. You won't see kits in your garage as there are no kits available to ranks higher than Marshal exept in the shop. You can find a list of kits and thier maximum ranks here: Product Kits.

Unpopularity isn't the only reason a map would be removed, there are many unpopular maps in the game now which still remain. Alot of the old maps were removed for other reasons besides unpopularity such as unbalanced teams, unfair gameplay, bugs and glitches which weren't worth fixing as nobody played on the map

They do to an extent, but thermal design has improved alot and unless you tape up the vents is pretty hard to overheat a well designed modern laptop. The issue is certainly more common with older devices.

You PC overheated and went into a state called thermal throttling which reduces your PC's power (and therefore reduces FPS) in an effort to aid cooling, make sure all the fans are clean and free of dust and that none of the ventilation ports are blocked.

This is a know bug, players usually receive their crystals after reloading the game or a server restart.
