There are quite a lot of options at that price point. Nearly all of them have identical specs so it usually comes down to; build quality, screen quality, keyboard and trackpad ergonomics. Acer VX15 Series Poor screens and subpar build quality. Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming series Poor screens but decent build quality, slightly expensiver. I'd suggest looking around on YT for recommendations and reviews since you can usually get better advice.

It's fine for me: I'm not really sure how these icons work, perhaps they are stored on the cache, if they are clearing your cache should fix it.

They are triggered by the Anti-cheat system, many times its a false positive on the player but it serves to stop fly hackers going too far up. Developers are working on improving the system to prevent so many false positives.
