Yes, its totally ridiculous, lag spikes every few minutes lasting up to 5 seconds. It's DEFINITELY server lag as I have a 100mbps connection and have tried clearing cache etc.

Higher is better, the highest rating so far is 18K, I am 4.8K. So you can judge off that.
