I have no problem with what you say. I'm just stating what I know and what Ninja has told me. He clearly states here that he can't do anything. Mistakes happen and everyone is human, so perhaps move on? Anyway I will stop replying now to avoid spamming up the thread.

Lol what? I got 11/12 last week and due to that question I would have been GUARANTEED crystals. However, you may not have been in the random shortlist anyway because there are loads of people who got 11/12 who would've got 12/12 and would've been shortlisted for the random not for the people who got 10/12 and would've got 11/12. Also if you remember Ninja said "I'll see what I can do" and he didn't make any promises. I think we just need to move on from last week's challenge. Mistakes happen and it would be too much of a mess to try and give everyone who had 11/12 crystals let alone people who got 10/12.
