this turret kills my titan in 2 seconds with double damage, how is that fair?

I hate this bug, i have died lots of times thanks to this bug, when I start firing with vulcan, it doesn't do damage, and I have to wait before shooting again.

When someone kills me, or when the game starts, my tank doesn't spawn, the camera keeps in one place, without spawning my tank. This is so frustrating, as I use the game client, and I can't 'refresh the page', and if I leave the battle, i will lose my score. You don't know how many crystals and gold boxes have I lost for this problem. Please, bring me a solution.

In the V-LOG 109 they said that there are going to be 50% more crystals in battle for 4 days, and 30% for supplies. What about turrets and hulls?
