Done and dusted for me. This event was finished yesterday for me on Friday when it began.
-
Do you folks think that Tesla shall be released next week?
-
You folks must acknowledge that there are some workarounds on how to keep yourselves protected from Tesla enemies. You simply need to know how to equip the right gear for that.
-
Tesla is amazing. I cannot wait until it is out in the garage.
-
Tesla is indeed like Isida 2.0 on steroids.
-
@numericable Maybe its a bug.
-
All done on day 1: Open spoiler below for my container rewards: I hope you enjoyed what I got from all those containers. I got lucky enough to get a gold container with EMP rounds for Railgun. Enjoy.

Arms Race should become an actual game mode where you re-spawn with a new turret all the time.
-
It is nice to see the look on Tesla as the forefront of V-Log 304. Tesla should be out next week on Friday in the garage.
-
@ThirdOnion I have tagged myself since its my topic.

I do agree with that statement you said above. Tesla players who are on the enemy team can easily be destroyed if you follow my tutorial on Tesla above. The best way to keep yourself protected from any Tesla enemy is to equip the fourth protection module, upgrade your hull to maximum, depending on your rank. Most importantly equip Titan and activate the dome when the overdrive is ready to use. Titan domes are most important in siege battles when capturing the point.

Arms race sounds interesting. Maybe this is a leak for the close upcoming release of the Tesla turret. Please do not forget to close this thread once V-Log 304 goes live.

@RIDDLER_8 I am going to get the out-of-the-box-experience when Tesla comes out in the garage. I cannot wait to buy this turret. I will buy the Tesla turret when there is a discount on turrets and all its MK7 micro upgrades on the following day when discounts on upgrades becomes available. I have been destroyed by Tesla enemies quite a few times today. I do understand the upsetting complaints that players are making right now with the strong Tesla. However, when using a weak hull such as Hopper, Wasp and Hornet, it is perfectly normal to get zapped dead by enemy Teslas. When using medium hulls, there are more chances of survival against Tesla enemies. For players that really wants to survive Tesla enemy attacks, I would recommend on using heavy hulls like Titan and Mammoth. Out of the two, the best hull would be Titan because when activating your overdrive you can put your dome shield on which would protect your from being destroyed by a Tesla enemy. Equipping double armor makes you nearly indestructible against Tesla enemies. There are some workarounds on how to further protecting yourself from Tesla enemies. First, equip the Weasel module which is the Tesla protection module. Make sure that this module is micro upgraded to MK7 20/20 which gives you 50% protection from Tesla's damage dealt to your tank. In addition to that, make sure that your hulls is on the maximum upgrade level as possible, depending on your rank, of course. If you can, please buy the fourth slot module. That helps you equip a fourth protection module with the three modules you already have. This was a short guide to keep you aware on how to stay safe against powerful Tesla enemies, as well as the pros and cons when using light and medium hulls. When you are all set and well prepared and equipped, you shall find the keeping protected from Tesla enemies as well as defeating Tesla players would become much easier.

I like that black and green animated paint.
-
@Ironmantonystark I agree with you on the fact that multiple Teslas on your team is zapping you dead as you spawn. My best alternative solution to fix this would be to limit ammunition by adding a cooldown time. Not too much cooldown or course, but just enough to keep Tesla players at bay and on hold for around 2 to 4 seconds to keep gameplay balanced. This is the best alternative. Other nerfing of other parameters would ruin this turret so limiting its ammunition by adding a cooldown effect is the best straightforward solution that would work in a sensible way.

@numericable @Crossbone It could be 666 points if I had premium. I know that my reward was low, but I wanted to share my coincidence of three times the number three as 333 crystals. This does not mean that I am happy to earn 333 crystals. I would prefer to brag like this to earn 1000 to 2000 crystals instead in a really good battle, so please do not assume that I am stupid sharing this screenshot above.
-
@numericable That was just a suggestion. We shall see when Tesla gets officially released to the garage.
-
V-Log 304 should discuss about the official release of Tesla in the garage. This is the time that we should all enjoy being able to buy Tesla for the first time in the garage for crystals.
-
@E_polypterus No. Freeze, Firebird and Isida are not useless against Tesla. They can still manage to destroy Tesla enemies. Please note that there are not many Tesla players in matchmaking battles at the moment. Sometimes, one random Tesla player pops up in battles like this one I just played: This Tesla player was on my team, so he helped me out defeating a couple of enemies, whilst I was busy killing other enemies on the other side of the map using Magnum. It is about time we hear the good news about the official release on Tesla in the garage, starting from tomorrow Thursday and also on Friday's new V-Log 304. In that same battle, I have earned 333 crystals which is super rare. What is so super rare is that I have earned a number of crystals which is three times three. Therefore, 333 crystals for me. See the image below: This happened before for me earning 333 crystals, but I do not remember which battle this was, and that was once last year in 2020. Earning such a number of crystals is like a needle in the haystack or hitting the jackpot in my opinion.
-
Will it be possible in the future for players to create their own matchmaking battles using a map editor?
-
@Unleash I know that Tesla was first announced a few months ago, but that does not mean that developers are going to finalize tweaking some of its parameters when it will be officially released in the garage. We will have to wait and see what happens when Tesla is released in the garage. I bet the upcoming news will be good.
-
@Aegis @Aegis-XX @Crossbone Yeah, please reply to me. I always give my truthful opinions. I do understand that some players are upset by the fact that Tesla keeps zapping them dead. However, you must acknowledge that Tesla is a close range melee turret like Isida, that is supposed to deal a lot of damage to close-by enemies. Weakening Tesla's electromagnet discharge damage is not the right solution. The best way would be for developers to add some minor tweaks to Tesla which would sort of slow down its firing rate. Other than that, Tesla is fine. Developers still have the time to make final checks to Tesla's parameters before Tesla is officially released in the garage. Please accept my enthusiasm and feedback about Tesla. Rest assured that Tesla will get some balance tweaks and improvements when it is released in the garage, as well as some very cool augments, skins, shot colors and other goodies. I wish you all good luck and enjoy Tesla.
-
The Tesla turret is expected to be released in the next few days in the garage. I cannot wait to hear the hot news about that. I hope that Tesla is going to keep its proper strong damage like it is now.
-
Tesla is not overpowered. This turret is fine so please do not complain. Tesla is supposed to have this kind of power because it is a turret which shoots electricity. This means that Tesla is supposed to quickly zap enemies dead when at close range.
-
I am not joking to what I have discussed above. Tesla needs to remain as is with its current damage parameters. No changes are needed. Tesla must remain strong so that it can be effective in battles.
