@Tanki, when the kit glitch did occur, ik that Cedric was sleeping but you ought to have informed everyone ASAP. The in game announcement about product kits came as late as 10 hours after the server update. I personally didn't spend on anything but there are many who did. Even the topic announcing the glitch came very late. I can understand that it might not be possible for Cedric to do it all the time and in that case there should be some other staff member who takes care of the situation.

What I feel is that they're gradually changing the economy of the game. While I'm totally against the supply kits update, previous sales and updates ( 50% off equipment both on TO's birthday and on tankers + 3 50% MU sales) hint that they're gradually making items that affect gameplay cheaper and more accessible to all. While on the other hand, paints have become entirely cosmetic and insanely overpriced along with some of them being made obtainable only through $$. The reason why I don't oppose the introduction of these new shop exclusive paints is that it serves the purpose of a buyer who wants to look good without affecting gameplay as well as generating revenue. This is somewhat similar to the way cs:go works where all gameplay affecting equipment is easily available to everyone whereas they have skins (essentially just a bunch of pixels) which cost thousands of $. All previous versions of counter strike(there were many) that were oriented around "skill to win" ended up dying. Cs:go was then released and is a "pay2play" and in case you want to look good, you must empty ur bank account. As things turned out, cs:go has become the most popular game in the world today and the only thing that helped it get where it is was the introduction skins that cost $$. Therefore I have absolutely no problems with them introducing exclusive paints for buyers as long as they maintain the balance between buyers and free players on the battlefield which is far from happening ever since they put supply kits into the shop. IMO Tanki should 1st really focus on balancing the game 1st then optimizing it for better performance on a wider range of PCs. After which I have no problems if they add cosmetic stuff for buyers.

An intelligent isida will press R or V to evaluate everyone's equipment. This isida will also heal the player who needs it the most. Why would this isida waste it's energy on an m2 mult that contributes little in an m4 team? Flag runners and flag sitters will always be given priority by isida users. An isidas job is to heal whoever needs the most attention depending upon the situation. I honestly don't care whether my team m8s are using gold star or green and I'll support them all whenever they need it.

B) Thank you to those who pointed out that paints don't freaking AFFECT GAMEPLAY! Buyers who like the paints and are buying them aren't adversely affecting gameplay in anyway and you non buyers get to play this game just because buyers spend money and help the game stay afloat. If your eyes hurt because the other tank is equipped with a shinier paint than yours, then too bad for you but his/her isn't gonna affect the outcome of the battle. I've never spent a crystal on supplies yet I feel I have a surplus of them.

Even I don't like the way supplies kits work now but many people including moderators have spoken up about the numerous drawbacks of the update. Even I've made some suggestions and what I feel is that we should wait for a week or two to see how things turn out. The initial motive by the administration to remove supply kits was to curb the overuse of supplies which removes the skill factor from the game. I'll observe for the next 2-3 weeks and in case I see that the disparity between buyers and non buyers has only increased, then I'll be criticizing them outrightly all the time.

I'm not against the gold box update but I'm against the fact that nowadays only the YouTubers who can spam 6 all the time get all the attention. The topic for VOTW was an epic moment in the battle. An epic moment should consist of at least 1 extraordinary shot, or a cunning maneuver to capture a flag or a natural struggle for a gold catch and an epic struggle to get it. The video consisted neither of that and just had a buyer who spammed 6 with two other folks goofing around. I really don't see what's so EPIC about it and gold spammers can be found almost on every server so there's absolutely nothing special about it. Looking forward to the clan system though.
