You must wait 1 minute cuz the program loading all pictures, Try to wait a minute with black screen on.

you can look @ my video to se how I put the final picture in folder , and then I modify in "config" with name of picture. ( open config with notepad) for opening I use Firefox: TankViewer.swf ==> open with.. ( I choose Mozilla Firefox )
