even if i already have M4 Smoky ? I already have Twins, and M4 Hammer reload time is 1.8 not 12 :P Tiger paint will be a nightmare (Hammer and smoky) xD

I have 20/50 Isida, Should i M4 it or Buy M3 Hammer and MU it to 30 ? (I cant afford buying Hammer and M4 it because i don't have M3 Hammer yet )

Rail M3, but you will have To Micro-upgrade it so you can kill Vikings with one DD shot. most of the Vikings are MUed
