Players who use Hopper + Ricochet usually equip the lightweight augment for Hopper (which decreases the weight of the hull). As a result, the Ricochet shots make the Hopper fly more.

Your tasks 5 and 6 were fine. Regarding tasks 9 and 10, in Task 9 you have to find player ranking up, not yourself. And in the Task 10 you must provide full screenshot with date and time visible.
