The premium paint kind of seems like a separate issue from the update. Why not have the premium paint be an exception in that it is permanently tied to the 20% across-the-board protection. When you press "R", on premium users it could just have a premium protection logo or something so you don't have to put 11 logos for 11 guns. That would remove a lot of the objections to this update from premium users, and the rest of us can enjoy the benefit of mixing paints and protections. Because I LOVE this update.

All you need to know is who is protected against your gun, and you can see that without doing anything. In fact you can see the exact level of protection, which you could never do before.

There is of course a bug which causes your gun to sometimes not deal any damage at all. Happens to me frequently. The mods don't like to talk about it.

I really like the update, this is the way things should have been from the start, with protection not married to paint. Now I can paint my tank whatever I want. It's nice to be able to see immediately exactly how much protection someone has against your own weapon. The info you get with the R key is great. The new paint prices are funny, Africa actually costs more now that it doesn't give you protection. haha.

This is a chronic problem that ruins lots of battles. The delevopers should make it so that the names listed on the battle screen match the names listed inside the battle. Seems pretty simple to me, maybe there is some reason that it's not. I don't see it as the fault of players, but a fault of the game.

I managed to register but the whole process was in Russian. I had to use google translate to understand everything. You might want to look into that.

Thanks for posting these. I don't recall seeing that CP poll. It does seem like a lot more people join the losing team now, which is a good thing. The scoring is weird though and not really fair usually but whatever. Any attempts to put life into CP battles are appreciated.

It still stinks. It ruins CP battles. They're the only battles I care about, and hardly anyone plays them as it is. What happened to the thing Tanki mentioned a few months ago that you were going to make it so, in CP battles, the rate at which the leading team's score increased varied depending on how close the losing team was to their score? Now THAT sounded like a good idea. What became of it? Please lose this score cap thing, at least for CP battles. -

It won't affect gold boxes. They will still be as likely to drop at any moment. Although I guess a gold box could be dropping and all of a sudden the game ends. That'll probably piss people off. -

So if in CTF each team has four points, the next one to capture must be the clear winner so you're going to end the match? That's ridiculous. If in CP one team a score of 50 to 49 demonstrates a clear winner? How could the sole fact that a team has 5 points or 50 points demonstrate that they are a clear winner? Please explain that. You just ruined CP games. Let's see a CP game on a map like Lost Temple with seven CP's, teams of five players each, for ease of calculation we'll say each CP is worth 6 points/minute, and assume all are flipped after the first minute. A few points are scored in first minute, 42 points per minute after that. Even if the teams score as equally as possible, THE GAME IS GUARANTEED TO LAST NO MORE THAN THREE MINUTES. It would be impossible for it to go past that. I just played a Lost Temple CP game with only one player on each team, it lasted six minutes. The score was 50 to 44. I won, but if the game had been allowed to continue, the other guy easily could have taken the lead. Instead, the game ended, and he left, and there I am with no one to play with. Does that sound like an improvement to you? This is terrible, and your justification defies logic. -
This is pathetic. If you don't get the gold you're so angry you're going to quit? And that's a good idea if your team is losing? How immature and selfish do you expect everyone to be? How about just being mature about it. Or buy crystals. A gold box is worth like 17 cents. Woop dee doo.
