You mean that after some time every player needs to "renew" linking to a valid email? Something like, limited duration of link up? Or that sent email from the system is just out-dated?

Tech support is literally flooded with e-mails and hardworking people there are working as fast as they can. I know that it is not easy to wait after 10 days but be more patient. My advice is that you ask them again in two days from now, until this "crowd" of e-mails and various questions about yesterday's problem is not cleared up a little. After all, nothing else you can do but to wait :)
