I kindly asked about the lack of announcement in our community. Not why game is having technical difficulties. Questions regarding clans, moderators, and everything that can be seen on the previous pages seems has to do, but lack of announcement has nothing to do...I'm sorry, but with all due respect I do not want to talk in this way.
