Yes we can, both versions are playable at the same time. Even after Unity is out, they will make updates for Flash version 1 or 2 years more.

"youtubers", devs, TO team, special guests etc Others (including old players) will wait a lot of time, becouse that special testers will test beta version few months after it is released at the end of this year, so if you make a calculation Unity version will be playable to all at about sumer 2016.
