You should try bread with cheese inside, just crumble white cheese in the dough. I also like to make buckwheat bread, it's very tasty and and healthier than white bread.

When you're making the dough for bread, you're using baking powder or baking soda? I'm usually making a dough for bread: 3/4 of wheat flour, 1/4 of corn flour, water, milk, sesame, sunflower seeds, salt and 6 eggs.
