Definitely railgun/firebird (I'm seeing a lot of these m1 firebirds with half or more MUs)/twins m1 and viking isn't a bad hull to use with isida but it just doesn't have the speed isida needs to reach your target so yes your hornet m2 is definitely a better choice then viking

the right way to use it isida (ik cause I use isida as my secondary turret atm) is sneak attacks (using drugs isn't needed much but you will get the most out of your charge if you use dd) and healing the flag carrier

There is no specific server where fire+wasp battles are found. Its best to get some good friends together in a map like (say sandbox or sandal) and do one with ctf or dm if you don't care about you D/L
