The developers need a lot of income to be able to keep their office running, pay the bills for their houses, live comfortably, shoot the Vlogs, support their family, buy their food and many other reasons. It's risky depending on a free game to get money because all of the income comes from the players that donate. Also why would they intentionally destroy the game that they depend on for their money? And about the sales, how would you know what the devs are planning? They are probably reducing the sales for a reason unknown to us but will help tanki online and us. The devs aren't mad why would they ruin their source of income? The future of tanki IS looking bright because of unity. This will attract more people and the devs will get more money. It's bright for us because who isn't excited for TOU? :)
