I said I have recieved a gift card and I planned to spend some on crystals because Tanki said that the new pricing would be much better (44% off). I now pissed off because the new pricing is not applied to the gift card (and prepaid card) payments. I am not asking for a way to buy crystals; I am asking for a fair and better price for gift card (and prepaid card) payment method because I have one, for free, Okay? I won't spend extra real money from my own pocket to buy crystals. Okay ? Is there something wrong with that ? Because the pricing for gift card payment is almost the same as before, I don't want to buy crystals now and I will spend all value on my gift card on sandwiches. Okay ? Do yo see the point ?

How does a 15-year-old own a credit/debit card in Canada? You tell me ! My be it is okay in your country but not in Canada. I know you are trying to speak good thngs for Tanki, I don't mind but please don't consider things only on your point of view. You feel happy with something doesn't mean everyone has to have the same happy feeling. There are many reasons people are not able to use credit card payment. If the new pricing is not applied to all or most of the payment methods, Tanki should not say it out loud and clear that the price of crystals would be 44% off with USD and even show us the price list. Players (customers) are now pissed off ! I have received a Subway gift card about a week ago. I then received the news that Tanki would reduce the crystal price so that I decided to spend half of the value of the card for some Subway sandwiches and the other half for crystals; I believe I now will use all on Subway. I know the pricing is pretty much the same as before but I, and many many players, are really pissed off because Tanki didn't make it clear when they first announced it.

At this moment the Prepaid card and gift card payments (in Canada) are: USD 3.99 = 6000 + 1000 crystals USD 9.99 = 14001 + 2000 <------- the worst crystal-dollar ratio package USD 19.99 = 30000 + 15000 USD 39.99 = 60000 + 60000 <------- the best crystal-dollar ratio package USD 69.99 = 100000 + 77000 USD 99.99 = 143000 + 126000 It is way more expensive than credit card and Paypal payments. :(

USD 3.99 = 6000 + 1000 crystals USD 9.99 = 14001 + 2000 crystals USD 19.99 = 30000 + 15000 crystals If I buy USD 9.99 of crystals, it is more expensive (crystals per dollar) than buying USD 3.99 of crystals. That means I can ignore the USD 9.99 package !!! What a mess !!!

What is going on? Credit card payment: USD 7.99 = 20000 + 5000 crystals ; USD 14.99 = 37500 + 19000 crystals ... etc Prepaid card / gift card: USD 9.99 = 15000 + 5000 crystals ; USD 19.99 = 30000 + 15000 crystals ... etc Are you going to make it fair or just leave it this way ?

Okay. I realised that only with credit card and PayPal payments can buy crystals with better price; all others remain the same more expensive price. Why you didn't mention this in the first place? It is very disappointed.

After the payment was updated, I tried to use my Subway gift card to purcash crystals but the price and packages are all remain the same as before. Does tthat mean the new cheaper price is not applied to gift card payment method?

Are all the payment methods remain there? I am using "Subway" gift card to buy crystals. I still have quite an amount on my card, which I received as a birthday present. Hope you won't remove the Subway card in the new system.
