You are correct that one can attempt to sue TO but I'd advise against it because this new contract is based in Malta NOT in Russia, and in Malta all other nations' laws are irrelevant no matter where we are. Also in Malta, many white collar (professional/office) unconvicted criminals reside and base their headquarters in. This does not automatically mean that TO or its people are criminals, but it does mean that no matter what our contract said about our rights and responsibilities are not relevant anyway due to the contract being based out of the country of Malta and how the Maltese govern there. 3. But I do request that TO at least fulfil our privacy requests from the goodness that is left in their hearts, no matter how much or little is in there.

There is one major thing ''bad'' about having these stats: - they do not include mentioning what percentage of the time one was competing against cheaters (hackers or sabateurs), so when going against cheaters (or even with cheaters, if one's teammates are doing that) the stats will be impacted accordingly, but unfortunately the stats won't and cannot show it even if the programmers wanted to show it

I disagree, abdullah. I believe girls are more creative than boys but that they can get so anal about details and/or the fear that others won't accept their projects so they take too long to even start projects. The end result is either nothing is completed or it's thrown together. I believe they simply need encouragement along the way, but that's not my department.

Until I exposed a certain user's lying attacks against Gab5 (and the ensuing attacks from the attacker's alternates/accomplices against me) and proved him wrong with the very rules he tried to use against her (with him and his alternates/accomplices), Rallye was heavily winning in the voting to the point where second place (Gab5) wasn't even close. I am guessing that with a lot of kids in Europe finally getting home and finished eating their meal, they noticed the attacks in the forum AND noticed her vid being better than Rallye's (though Rallye's is also good), so they made up a lot of ground to tie it. And now that people are commenting in this thread negatively and incorrectly against her again, the other girl has again taken the voting lead...
