Before MM battles filled up as well, 15 minutes or more. If not the first time, then the second. And having a 5 vs. 5 or 6 vs. 6 could also be good. Very often when a battle was balanced and fun most of the players in both teams stayed for a next round. With MM your team is scattered once the battle is finished.

I have seen some people putting mines, and they become as a circle of mines. Where does this come from ?

Maybe this question doesn't belong here, but I don't know where else to ask it. In my last battle I was all of a sudden frozen for a short while, but not by a Freeze. Is there a type of overdrive/drone who does this ?

It used to be like that. Uneven battles (in number of players) were ended earlier.

That's one way to interpret 'gg'. To me, at that moment, it was like saying blue had a good time spawnkilling red. There are other ways of showing respect, like saying 'thx for not leaving'.

Had the same problem with FF yesterday. IE was no problem. Still not fixed apparently.

I enjoy playing TO, but to be honest I am not very good at it. So for me this is not a weekly mission but a Mission Impossible. So within a month or so I expect to have 3 weekly missions like this one, as they are almost impossible to complete for a player with my skills. This will come down to the fact that I won't be able to collect anything from my weekly missions anymore. Is that what the devs want ? Why not add the option to change the weekly mission, just the same way as you can change the daily mission. Unless that option wil also dissapear after one or the other server restart.

Why not try Viking ?

I play with Isida most of the time (check my profile). Having a low K/D comes with this turret for a number of reasons. Mainly because A you help others, B you will be the first to be killed because you help others and C making multiple kills (unlike other short range turrets like fire and freeze) is not possible. If a high K/D is important for you, just choose another turret. On the other hand, in some battles where team-play is important (ctf, rugby, assault) some players do appreciate the support you give them and they realise you are imortant for the team. Very often MM drops me in a battle with Generalissimo's and Legends :huh:. Thanks to my support (following carriers while having DA, sometimes even getting killed for them while healing) they sometimes make it to base and sometimes, as a sign of appreciation, they drop the flag or ball so I can cap instead of them. This is a way of saying thx, indicating they appreciate the support you give. After all ctf and rugby are team-efforts and it is the end-result that counts. Strangly enough this only happens with higher ranks. When I play with teammates of my own rank or lower they hardly ever drop a flag or ball, even knowing they could have never made it without me. :wacko: Wisdom comes with experience ? In the early clan-days I was rejected a few times because of my low K/D. Does this bother me ? No, not at all. I know that with my Isida I can really contribute to the victory of my team, regardless my K/D. So: if your ego (= K/D) is important to you, stay away from Isida and choose another turret. if teamplay matters to you then go for it, your teammates will appreciate it

I use my Isida always with Viking M2 10/10 MU or Hornet M2 10/10 MU (I still have to wait 2 rank ups to get M3s). Usually I start with Viking. The choice Viking/Hornet depends on the map and others in the team. If the flag carriers are Hornets or Wasps, I can't keep up with them with my Viking (and that is the whole purpose) and I switch to Hornet.

Funny reading this. I'm a dad too, systems engineer, and probably 10 years older than you judging by your nickname, and started playing for the same reason as you did at +/- the same moment in time (2014 or 2015). Never spent a Euro or Dollar on the game for myself, but bought some chrystals or a kit for my son at special occasions. We have very similar nicks and used to play a lot together, when you could still chose your own map and team. When MM started it became almost impossible to play together (teams didn't exist in those days) and my son quit playing altogether. He threw himself on Fortnite. As a non-buyer I have always tried to spend my chrystals wisely, ie. wait for sales to buy turret/hull/upgrades/paints (in thos days paints=protection)/protection modules. Over the years I think I have played 1 day out of 2 for approximately 1/2 to 1 hour per day. What I don't quite understand is how you managed to become Legend in 4 years time with lots of M3s in your garage and me still being Lieutenant General with some M2 and M3s. The only reason I can find is that those 100 or 150 dollar per year in the beginning gave you an advantage that did make the difference (looking at your stats tells me you have less playing hours than I have). My conclusion : P2W (especially a Premium Account) does make a huge difference. It did in the past and does even more now. That's why in TO more and more players buy these days. You can spot the buyers easily : they all have equipment above their ranks that was only available in the shop.

It was a joke, sarcasm. Less players = longer waiting times and even more unbalanced battles because less people of your own rank are online.

Less players in battles impoves the balance in MM, doesn't it ? ;)
