This is a very common glitch that I believe happens to everyone from time to time.@Serene explains the problem as follows, but it is unclear if there are any direct fixes. I believe it would be best to simply self destruct when you discover this error has occurred. "I cant deal any damage to enemy, pickup or capture points/flags. Refresh fixes it for sometime Reasons: It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system. Possible solution: Unload all background software and processes/programs. Try to change the browser you are currently using for TO. sometimes damage turns off when you just entered the game and will turn on on the next respawn / refreshing a page"

Because of the recent update, you no longer need to purchase M0 in order to purchase M1. Because of this, as soon as an M1 unlocks, there is no longer an option to purchase M0. Isida M1 is unlocked at your rank, however other turrets such as Twins, Smoky, Hammer, and others are not unlocked at your rank. This is why you are only able to purchase M0 of other turrets and hulls, but you are only allowed to purchase M1 Isida. There are other M1 Turrets and hulls that should be unlocked at your rank; but I assume you already own them. Do you own Firebird, Smoky, Shaft, Mammoth, Titan, and Wasp? Screenshots of your garage would be very helpful.

You are not banned, nor have you done anything wrong. This is simply a technical problem. This error occurs when you change your computer's time. Try to reset your computer's time back to normal. Also, you can clear your cache, enter through fixit.tankionline.com, or clear Shared Objects. These fixes should resolve your problem.

I've played the Piano for the past ten years, I've also played the Flute for several years. I can play the Saxophone, though not well at all, and I can play a few songs on the Violin.

This isn't that complicated of a concept, guys... Using the same line of logic, I could say that the universe began one second ago. I could even say it began a 100,000th of a second ago. Though debatable, one could claim that the universe was created an infinity-th of a second ago. However, Occam's Razor states: "Among competing hypotheses that predict equally well, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected." This would obviously point to the fact that the universe-as-we-know-it began during the Big Bang. The simplest explanation is usually the truest. All the facts point toward the universe's birth during the big bang, even if it is logically possible that the Universe may have begun last Thursday. But even if the Universe did begin last Thursday, would it make any difference? Would it make anything that happened before Last Thursday less true? I would say not. But now we're debating the definition of existence.

Why hello! Unfortunately, your potatoes and potato chips have not been certified as ORGANIC by the Health Food Safety Society [HFSS]. We are sorry to inform you, but this violation of the Potato Protection Protocol [PPP] is quite severe. Kindly close your business and refrain from purchasing/selling potatoes, or our agency will be forced to shut you down. Sincerely, Contradiction, Chairman of the HFSS, PPP, and PTE P.S. Our organization, Potato Traders of the Earth [PTE], will refuse to acknowledge you in the 2015 Universal Potato Prizes.

Two Goldboxes: These were the only two goldboxes that dropped during the course of the entire battle. I got some serious rage for taking both of them.

Distant thunder fractures the silence. I sit, vigilant, perched atop the industrial hut. Three tanks on a building… it was a purposefully bizarre sight. We’re the diversion, intended for annihilation. Our enemies will soon be at hand. The vibrant colors of our protective enamels stand as a distinct juxtaposition to our desolate, hopeless surroundings. This is our last stand. The horizon attracts my gaze. A vivid tapestry weaves across the heavens in a stunning sunset made up of shades of fiery—even apocalyptic— tinge. This is the last sunset I shall ever see. But I can still make a difference. - 100 Words. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Results [Issue 39] Can you Contribute to Tanki's Finest News Source? Returns!

This was the first Newspaper Contest I've entered into. I was very surprised to see that Pho didn't win :-P. It would have been spectacular to win first place... I hope this contest rolls around again someday. It's somewhat painful for me to read my entry, as there are some subtle mistakes that I wish I had corrected before the contest was locked. I just hope these blunders didn't make a different between reaching 1st and 2nd place. I've got no real argument with the judgement. Kudos to Gold for diligently searching the contest; HHuey's entry was not really noticed at all by the English Community, but it certainly was a quality entry and deserved to be in the top three. The Dictator isn't just about humor. The Dictator has its own unique style of satire; it usually makes fun of actual events that have happened in the game. It is silly, but still professional. There were quite a few hilarious entries that didn't win even consolation prizes, in some cases I'd bet because they weren't "in the spirit" of Tanki's Finest News Source, or just too silly. Obviously each player has their own sense of humor. But seeing that GoldBlocky actually started the Dictator, he should be the ultimate judge of "Dictator-worthy content". Never-the-less, it is curious that he picked HHuey to win, as his entry doesn't seem to be based on any actual events, and largely contained only one joke. However, I don't want to speak out of line. We'll see how HHuey does over the future releases of The Dictator. -

Hmm, very interesting. My skeptical mind may not believe this concept to its full extent, but it is nice to see some intriguing topics going around the forum. Maybe I myself may start a topic with one of my own theories. It is true that Mind and Logic are not very connected. Obviously, small children have very little understanding of logic; their brains are fundamentally illogical. Yet, each child since the time he/she was born had a personality of some sort, a personality that a person will mostly retain for the rest of his life. Small children lack the comprehension of simple logic and abstract concepts, even as basic as time itself. Logic begins to form in a person's mind as he grows up, and most would say that by the time you are in your teen years, you are a fully logical human being. However, this lack of awareness of logic doesn't just disappear in your adult years. In fact, eight out of twenty-four hours of the average human's day is spent in a very illogical state of mind: Dreaming. OK, I admit that while you are sleeping, you are only dreaming part of the time. But, while you are dreaming, your brain seems to have shut off logic entirely. Even though you are still you in your dreams, your mind's perception of logic seems to have disappeared entirely. In your dreams, you will believe the craziest things without doubting. Even the most skeptical of people has to admit that at one time or another, upon awakening, they have thought, "Wow, that dream made absolutely no sense." Just the other day, I had a dream that I was wandering around the slopes of Austria, when a creepy old man clutching a can of Diet Coke gave me a balloon that carried me to the top of Mount Everest. People like GoldBlock and FootRest probably dream of immense physics equations swallowing the earth. But, anyway, while you are dreaming, your brain's grasp of logic seems to have shut off, and is at least slightly skewed. Usually only the things "too good to be true" or "too bad to be true" will arouse a sense of distrust in a dreamer. Anyways, my ramble has come to an end. Edit: @Beaku: OK.

Right here: Game Rules. Before making a topic, please spend time trying to find your answer. It probably would have taken you less than thirty seconds. In fact, a link to the Game Rules can be found at the bottom of all forum pages. If you ever have questions that you can't find an answer to, please ask at the Help Site rather than creating a topic in the forum.

The developers have stated that the Flash version of the game will exist simultaneously with the Unity version. In other words, yes, this version of the game will continue to exist even after the new version is released. However, it is unclear if our accounts will be transferable to unity, and if so, to what extent.

Dubious Changes to Reporter Paint; Wiki Editors are Blamed By @Contradiction Early on the 19th of August, Reporters awoke to find their paints drastically changed. Lacking its toilet-paper-like quality, the new paint is ominously dark and encrusted with silver characters. Many different conclusions have been speculated on the reason for this change. Some say that the change in the paint was due to Scythe's criticism of the old paint in Issue 37. ShedNinja believes super-natural forces are the cause. A few may even blame this change due to Global Warming. However, Russian eye-witnesses report sighting a shadowy figure fleeing from the Tanki Headquarters in Perm, known only as "Ms.Selena". Reporters have also noticed a rather malevolent word written on the side of their paint: Wiki. Certain reporters have even expressed disgust at this grotesque word written on the side of their paint. A Mr.Hog stated further, "I can't believe there isn't a chicken on it." There are more than enough reasons to suspect the Wiki Editors for this rather fishy paint change. After receiving many accusations of Foul Play, they have yet to issue a formal statement. Although it can be said that a man by the name of "Rem" seems oddly unmoved by this recent change. I wasn't sure if multiple entries are allowed... please notify me if they aren't. Oncoming Walrus Invasion-- Moderators Blissfully Unaware By @Contradiction It's not often that we get news like this at the dictator. But it appears that Tanki may be facing a serious threat: Walruses. Yes, those big, flabby animals that live in the arctic could soon be flailing around inside your garage, destroying everything you've ever worked for. Just imagine a poor Mammoth buried underneath a sea of manic walruses, struggling to survive. The origin of this threat has been caused by the tankers. Carbon released from Tank Engines has proved catastrophic. These green house gasses emitted by unknowing Tankers is leading to a disastrous consequence: The melting of the polar ice caps, leaving Walruses stranded, hungry, and without homes. The statistics in the garage don't even mention the average annual Carbon Emissions per tank. Even worse, the Developers and Moderators seem quite ignorant of these ruinous mistakes. Let's ask a different question: Only one moderator seems to be aware of the alarm of the situation. Either way, soon each and every tanker will have first hand knowledge of this onrushing cataclysm. Mr. Hog stated, (with a rather sad look in his eye), "If only it were chickens instead of walruses." He promptly burst into tears. However, a sinister character known as "Electro" has quite different thoughts. "I'm not even slightly afraid of Walruses... we've got Railguns for a reason." If only he knew how wrong he was.- 140 replies
