Drug clans don't make videos against randoms, they make videos against other clans. Perhaps you should try opening one of the links in Marc's topic. And plenty of private games are played with drugs all the time, 8v8 noise and 10v10 silence private are very common without cooldown. Only attackers could activate all 3 drugs at the same time, if you are defending and you do so, you'll be destroyed if you don't time them well. Long story short, looks like you need to do some research before you make such sweeping judgements.
