I know how you feel. I ranked up to Colonel by accident. I had an event set aside and overstepped. I have dropped 999 golds and was wondering if I should make an event out of it. But then again, I'm thinking I should just drop it anyway and get it over with so I can drop as usual in battles.

It was fun! Especially from 2nd LT to Lt.Col. Mindless CP battles on a Viking with Spark paint - all was good. Also with mines in the long tunnel on Esplanade. That tight corner made for a perfect ambush by the flag as there was no full-speed takes to an open area.

I tend to lean towards Firebird. Make sure that if you use Firebird's M1 alteration, use it on a flat map like Desert. I used it in Massacre and missed a LOT because the cone is so narrow.

I have an Isida-M4 collecting dust in my garage. Back then I figured if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. And just as I completed 48/50, the announcement was made to "adjust" the turrets - and they nerfed Isida BIG time.

They tend to have impeccable timing when you just got the turret you wanted and when you are nearly finished MUing it to the max they nerf it.
