Yes. But mostly why Anti-Fraud kicks in when I have previously made 7 straight buys in a row for this account spaced 30 minutes apart just before this happened. I appreciate any action(s) you have/will take(n).

Cedric, Is there an issue with those who answer the help@tankionline.com queue? I have been hit with an Anti-Fraud issue (using PayPal) for the 6th time since December. The first 5 times they were very good and expedient in resolving this issue for me - mostly under 50 hours. This problem occurred on the weekend of the 50% MU (July 30-31). It's now been over 10 days and I have sent several inquiries regarding any updates or progress on my issue with absolutely no response from them. Was there a staff reduction in this area which caused a work overload? Is there a technical problem with their help queue? Or did they stop caring altogether? This is frustrating as I had made plans for my clan mates and friends. The more time my issue goes unresolved, the less fun it is becoming.

Is there an issue Tanki is experiencing with PayPal payments? I have sent in a request to the HELP e-mail and usually they are quick to resolve this Anti-Fraud issue (normally under 50 hours). But the last message I received from them was over a week ago (July 31st) stating they received my e-mail and will write back as soon as they have a resolution. I have inquired for an update a few times about my problem ticket. I get absolutely NO RESPONSE from them. Is there some bigger issue at hand or a problem with my account? I need to know if they are still working on the issue or if it was placed on the back-burner or if the ticket was closed or what. There are several things I am planning for my clan and friends here, but it is kept on hold because no one from HELP is responding. It's been over 10 days now.

It IS messed up. On Saturday, July 30th, I had acquired a DCC and was purchasing crystals in order to take advantage of the 50% MU discount. However, I was hit with the "Anti-Fraud" screen. I mean why would that come up if I had previously made 7 straight purchases for gold boxes just a couple of hours ago? I followed their procedure to contact help@tankionline.com - like I have done before 5 previous times since December. Then they just throw me a bone on July 31st, Sunday afternoon: "Hello! We received your application. Once your issue is resolved, we will send you a written response to your e-mail. We apologize for keeping you waiting." In the past they usually resolved this type of issue for me in under 60 hours. My DCC expired and I've missed the 50% MU discount. I've asked for updates twice in the past few days, maybe if there was a larger issue that they are dealing with. SOMETHING?! Still waiting....... <_<

Why is it taking so long for Help to resolve my Anti-Fraud issue from July 30th? My DCC expired and I missed out on the 50% discount weekend on MUs. This has happened to me 5 times before since December and it had always been resolved within a day or two. <_<
