V-Log 177: Correction made to Freeze damage stats....

I use Freeze on a lower account. Head-to-head on an even M-level, Freeze seems to lose against Isida. Now they increased Freeze's damage up to 30% across the board. With DD, it kills within less than 3 seconds - M1 at 10/10. I feel another "adjustment/correction" for Freeze coming soon. Maybe a slight nerf at -15% from the current stats and maybe an increase in the Freezing effect.

You poor thing.... They won't get "thrown" out, the company would downsize and have them "phased" out.

They could have increased/prolonged the Freeze effect and only add a little bit more damage. The damage increase makes it too easy, especially with DD.

That would be the last thing on my to-do list. I'm surprised no one else but me mentioned to fix the lag issue. I would halt all projects until the lag issue is fixed. Once that is done, players can go back to complaining about updates, but at least the is running silky smooth. And only one other person mentioned to fix the hacker issue. Are we all that self-involved that when given power we use it for our whims instead of trying to use it for the greater good?

If that happens, they might let TO die a slow death. Why would they need TO once TX becomes the self-sustaining money maker?

They will realize that Freeze was buffed too much and will nerf it soon. A good example was Shaft's arcade shot - it was a fixed number for damage at ANY range (M2 stat was 547), and add that with DD, Shaft was able to one-shot light hulls and non-MU'd medium hulls. Fun times, but they nerfed once they saw scope mode was no longer necessary. Enjoy Freeze while you can. Back then, I got Isida back then for the sole purpose of it's vampirism. A week before my final step of making it M4, they announced the self-healing part of Isida will be reduced from 50% down to 10%. But even two weeks later they removed it altogether. Thanks, Tanki. And so the cycle continues... The Freeze nerf will come soon enough.

There will be a "correction" with Freeze before the end of this year.

I know how you feel - it starts at the beginning of your day. 7am - log in, chat, battle... Next thing you know it's close to 9am... 9am - still in the middle of battles, but you'll make/eat breakfast soon - just one more battle... Past noon - holy crap. didn't eat yet! Oh wait, my friends are on. Let's troll.... 3pm - oh man the whole day has gone by.... (you finally eat something)... just play for one more hour..... Sun has already set below the horizon - well this day is shot.... might as well play some more.... Midnight - damn, was I really on this long???? I better go to bed.... 3am - what???

So I guess best defense against Freeze is Wasp + Nitro + Sharp Eyesight/Awareness.

Did you buy anything on that account? Even if you bought the $1 bundle for all M0 equipment, it would have "reserved" your name for 3 more years from your last login. However, you should have gotten an e-mail that your handle was requested by someone else and that it would expire if you do not log in a week from that notification.
