I like to pick my battles. there are maps I like and maps I totally avoid. eventually I may decide to rank up, but at my own pace. now they took away choice. well, I am reserving my right not to spend any more money on this game. and this goes across the board.

There is still the ramp part and lower level at both ends. The person can drop mines if you pursue them in the crowded middle as some passages are narrow, especially on the edges.

Desert, Island and 97% of Farm are the only flat, single-level maps I know of. This is where I would find the M1 alteration to have an advantage.

Try an area turret like Firebird (this, along with Isida and Freeze, neutralize repair kits while you are firing at the target), or a splash turret like Thunder or Magnum. These can kill several at once, especially if the enemy is weakened.

Don't fire from ramps or uneven levels. You won't hit anything with the M1 alt.

I hope we get to keep our highest upgraded module protections as is.

Personally, I think the PTS is too slow in regular battles. The reload time does not compensate for whatever increased damaged it does. However, it might be better in druggless battles on a large map.
