It's almost like they could add the protection back to the paint; after all it's not overpowered at higher ranks. If it's that much of a problem at lower ranks, make a certain rank where it unlocks like any other paint. Putting the money we've spent on it already aside: It's not a good way to do business as I've said, there's no good explanation as to why we cannot have this paint. If I go and order a pizza, they say it will be done in 15 minutes, but in order to keep me happy (paying customer), they try to get my pizza done as fast as possible while not ruining it. You know why they do this ? Because it makes the customer happy, little things like this. If they get my pizza out in 13 minutes rather than 15, it puts a smile on my face. I feel as though we should have been able to keep this paint for the same reason, it's not too much to ask and it would keep the paying customer happy. This is why people have said with this update that Tanki: 1) Do not care about their customers 2) Purposely run their customers off to clear the way for new customers in Tanki X

But we don't just want to forget it, clearly, as we spent money on it. You tell us not to go around and around over the same thing but here you are again.. put yourself in our shoes. Crazy as you think I am there is people like myself who bought it for the paint and nothing more.

1) It doesn't cost $30 as he said 2) The $2 was clearly a made up number, as he said the paint may or may not be included with the account purchase, he doesn't know it's $2

He's right though it won't be returned as we have expected (15% paint) Some will leave but it doesn't make much difference at this point I suppose. They really shot themselves in the foot with this update but I'm done going round and round about it, our opinions mean nothing, it's all up to the people who don't play the game at all (game developers) Anyone who spends money is of no more use than a stick lying in my backyard, we have to be equal to those who ride on our backs (free players) I'm done posting here, and unless someone see's me getting my last 17.5k EXP , I'm done entirely. So they knew we wouldn't buy the Premium Account unless we had a special paint, okay. But why did they think when they removed the protection, that we would in fact CONTINUE paying for it ?

Bad idea, notice the term Veteran and the meaning... they deserved the protections with that paint, they worked towards it.

Well I have some friends who are leaving but... I don't think it's going to hit them hard enough. We just don't feel like paying into it anymore and getting screwed over every few weeks with a new update.

"Technically", we all agreed in the EULA that they were able to change things without telling us beforehand. So technically it's our fault, but is it the right thing for them to do you ask ? No. It's a terrible way to run a business, that's for sure.

So that 15% was needed for the past 8 months but is no longer needed ? Explain, I can't remember any new paints which have become available since ?

Yes we're complaining because we've paid for it and we're not getting it now ! I just bought another 3 months of it last week and now I'm not getting the paint that I was made aware I was paying for.

Maybe because he wants the look of Tiger, I'm not sure why he would because it's not that good looking, but it costs 500.000 now ! Without protection. That's why he's complaining.
